4. Refund Eligibility

- Clients may request a refund before the commencement of work.
- Approved refunds will be issued after deducting a cancellation fee.
🔹 After Work Starts
- Once the work has started, full refunds are not applicable.
- In such cases, refunds (if any) will be calculated based on the work completed.
🔹 Monthly Services
- For monthly packages, refunds are not applicable once the billing period has started.
- Clients must cancel before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

- No refunds will be provided once a product has been delivered.
- For subscription-based products, users may cancel future subscriptions, but no refunds will be issued for past payments.

- Delays in payment may affect timelines and delivery.

- Clients must submit a formal refund request via email.
- Refunds will be reviewed and processed upon approval.
- Once approved, the refund will be credited within 3–5 business days to the client’s original payment method or bank account.
