4. Payments & Billing

• Payment terms (advance, milestone, or monthly) will be defined in the quotation
• Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule
• Failure to complete payments may result in pause or delay of services

5. Revisions & Scope

• Revisions are provided as per the agreed scope in the quotation
• Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges

6. No Guarantee of Results 

Chilllex provides services based on strategy and execution; however:

• We do not guarantee specific results such as leads, sales, or revenue
• Outcomes may vary based on market conditions, audience behavior, and other external factors

7. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client will have ownership of the final deliverables
• Chilllex retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies

8. Third-Party Services

• Projects may involve third-party services such as domains, hosting, advertising platforms, or tools
• Chilllex is not responsible for issues, downtime, or policy changes related to third-party providers
• Any costs paid to third parties are non-refundable

9. Limitation of Liability

Chilllex shall not be held liable for:

• Any business losses, revenue loss, or indirect damages
• Performance of advertisements or marketing campaigns
• Decisions made based on the services provided

10. Termination of Services

Chilllex reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payments are not made as agreed
• The client fails to cooperate or provide required inputs
• There is misuse of services

11. Support & Service Duration

• Support is provided only within the agreed service period
• Ongoing support beyond the agreed duration may require additional charges

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malappuram, Kerala.
